The Hotel Britomart Auckland, Auckland

The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, although a bit small for two people spending a couple of days. The staff was a mix of helpful and curious, ensuring we enjoyed our stay but also being overly inquisitive about personal matters. The location was excellent, surprisingly quiet for a Saturday night, and easy to access with tight parking. The dining experience was a letdown with limited options, while the facilities were lovely and pleasant.

The hotel had amazing rooms with a high-tech touch, making it easy to access. The service was exceptional despite challenges, and the location was fantastic for exploring Auckland. Although the dining options were limited, the Mediterranean food was really good. Overall, a great stay with some minor drawbacks.

I stayed at the Park Hyatt for work, and the rooms were small and not worth the rates charged. Despite getting noise from the restaurants and a resident DJ, I enjoyed spending time near the firepit at their wonderful restaurant, Kingi.
